Dear Judy,
When I decided to buy a computer Keystroke offered invaluable help in
selecting and installing the laptop and printer most suited to my needs.
My Keystroke tutor has instilled confidence as well as teaching me in an
easy to understand way. Each month's lesson helps me to acquire a new
skill. Currently I am learning how to convert my photographs into
birthday cards and I await eagerly the next challenge. I have no
hesitation in recommending Keystroke Associates to students of any age,
but if like me you are a silver surfer, you will soon feel at ease in
using your computer.

Three years ago it became apparent that my wife and I were becoming out of touch with modern times through not being connected to the Internet. Family members and friends were asking for our E Mail address so they could write to us in what is now regarded as the modern way. Hence my old typewriter and essentail supply of carbon paper(!) went for scrap and, having seen their advert in the theatre programmes of the Miller Centre, I enlisted the services of Keystroke Associates. This has proved a wise decision.
Their tutors have been extremely encouraging and painstaking in explaining the intracies of the system
to an elderly newcomer and learning has continued at my own pace. I am now able to communicate with children, grandchildren and friends scattered across the world , exchange photographs , shop on line and engage in far more social and charity activities than before.
As an octogenarian I have found it is never too late to learn new skills and Keystroke Associates have led the way by proving first class tutors whom I would thoroughly recommend to others.

We have been learning computer science from Judy for over ten years. It has been a very exciting journey through the advances of computer technology, the efficiency and patience of Judy throughout has bought us to a point of being totally reliant on our computer for emails (communication), documentation and accounting. Judy has also brought us into the modern age of photography which enables us to view, edit and print our pictures.

I have been using expert tuition from Keystroke – on and off - for the last 18months. I have found their service to be very efficient, reliable and valuable. The diary arrangements are well organised and the tutor is punctual. Any potential difficulties – such as traffic delays are well communicated and if appointments have to be rearranged, this is handled with courtesy.
The quality of tuition is high and I have learnt a great deal which has benefitted my business and other interests.

As a 70 plus year old, I contacted KeyStroke Associates last August to learn about computers and how to use them from, effectively, a zero base of knowledge. Judy has proved to be more than equal to the task, allowing me to learn at my own pace, using plain language, and ensuring that what she teaches me is relevant to my particular needs. It has been a very rewarding experience which I intend to continue. July 2011
